Chemical food poisoning is healthy oral intake of normal volume, there is no sensory abnormalities, but contain one or several “toxic chemical” food, food entering the body with the “toxic chemical” body of abnormal tissues and organs, damaged the normal physiological function, cause , functional or organic pathological changes of acute poisoning, known as chemical poisoning.
Including some toxic metals and their compounds, pesticides and other common chemicals with food poisoning caused by organophosphate poisoning, nitrite poisoning, caused by arsenic poisoning.
